Soap Molding.

Soap Making Ingredients 

• Melt & Pour Soap Base (Opaque) 1 kg
• Essential Oil
• Colorant
• Additives

Method:

1. Prepare the soap base

• Use our pre-cut 1 kg soap base or cut the soap base into small, uniform cubes (about 1 inch) for even melting, 
• Put the soap base into the melter.

2. Melt the soap base

• Using soap melter method:
  • Using the soap melter, heat the base over low temperature.
  • Stir frequently to ensure it melts evenly into a smooth, uniform mixture.

   

3. Add ingredients

• Fragrance: Add fragrance oils or essential oils once the base is fully melted. A general guideline is about 0.3% of the total soap weight.
• Color: Mix in liquid soap colorants or mica powder until you achieve your desired shade.

4. Pour and set the soap

• Carefully pour the melted soap into your molds.
• Lightly spritz the surface with isopropyl alcohol to remove bubbles.
• Allow the soap to cool and harden completely—this usually takes about one hour.

5. Unmold and enjoy

• Once the soap is fully hardened, remove it from the mold.
• The soap can be used immediately.
