Argan Oil is a plant oil produced from the kernels of the Argan tree (Argania Spinosa L.) that is endemic to Morocco. In Morocco, Argan Oil is used for consumption such as making pasta, as bread spread and others. Argan Oil is commonly used for cosmetic purposes, on our hair and skin.

Extraction:

The first stage to obtain Argan Oil is to extract the kernels, workers first dry argan fruit in the open air and then remove the fleshy pulp. The next stage involves cracking the argan nut to obtain the argan kernels. In the final stage, workers will press and grind the brown-coloured mash expels pure Argan Oil.

Properties of Argan Oil:

Argan Oil has a relative density at 20 °C (68 °F) ranging from 0.906 to 0.919, lighter than water. Argan Oil contains tocopherols (vitamin E), phenols, carotenes, squalene, and fatty acids, (80% unsaturated fatty acids). The main natural phenols in Argan Oil are caffeic acid, oleuropein, vanillic acid, tyrosol, catechol, resorcinol, epicatechin and catechin.

Depending on the extraction method, Argan Oil may be more resistant to oxidation than olive oil, i.e olive oil may easily react with air which may cause the oil to be rancid.

The Earth Element Vegan Liquid Soap Concentrated Base  is also known as Castile Liquid Soap Base is created with plant-based oil, coconut oil and others. The Earth Element Liquid Concentrated Soap Base is a wonderful base and it is easy to use as the base ingredient for our soap and shampoo. It is a liquid concentrated soap base that can be used for hand soap, shampoo, body wash, bubble bath and more!

How to use Liquid Soap Base to make the soap you want?

  1. Simply dilute the concentrate with water to the volume you desire.
  2. Add fragrance, such as essential oil, carrier oil, colour, and any other additives you wish to add, with an allowance of 5%.
  3. Stir gently till the mixture is homogenous.
  4. Well, your liquid soap is done.

This concentrated liquid soap base is unscented and is not made from any harmful chemicals.

Contents:

Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate – naturally derived anionic surfactant.
Glycerin (kosher, a vegetable origin) – a humetant, moisturiser & skin softener.
Purified Water – the main ingredient in soap base.
Gelling – as a  thickener.
Stearic Acid – a surfactant & softener, also uses to harden the soap base.
Preservative – preventing fungus & other harmful bacteria.
Coco Betaine – made from coconut oil, and comes in the form of a pale yellow liquid, naturally-derived ingredient used to thicken and improve all texture.
Coco Glucoside – natural, gentle and environmentally friendly cleansing agent and surfactant suitable for skin care, hair care, and personal hygiene products.
