If you find your item(s) purchase to be in poor condition, you can exchange your item(s) within 7 calendar days from the time you receive your purchased item(s). After this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if it does not comply with this policy.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Shipping charges to have the item(s) sent back to us will not be refunded and you will be required to top up to have the item returned. The item(s) will be sent out via the original method of postage. If you wish to use an alternative shipment method, you may inform us.
Please note that exchanges are only available on a case-by-case basis. We do not entertain refunds at all.
